Too much time at the desk results in a new theme for the blog…….an exercise in design based futility…..but I am sure the perfect theme is out there….

I am exploring tensions between formal and informal participation, online and offline engagement and generally trying out ways to get people engaged with democracy. I am sure if we all think really hard we will be able to figure out something useful eventually!!!
